Twenty one years ago, the flyover just before Carlisle on the M74/M6, decided to move - the police decided to stop all traffic for hours and I was trundling across the world heading to Overwater. Point is, I arrived almost three hours late to pick up my bass. Upon arrival - about 5.45, I was given coffee, biscuits, a tour of the workshop and the wood-store. 

Chris and Laurence happily chatted to me for over an hour, slipped me a couple of extra sets of strings gratis and sent me off safely - by now, around 7.00 on a Friday evening. Driving back, I was seriously impressed that these two guys had waited long after their closing time and had been so friendly. This is what it means to be part of the Overwater 'family'.

 

Class customer care and a cuppa. Try that some other places.😉
