I've been an Overwater player for over 20 years, and a fan even longer, since I first tried one at a music show in Olympia in '85. I currently own one very old Progress bass and an rather cool Overwater guitar too.

Unusual control layout. Are the pots stacked? Loving that green (the bass is cool as well!)

Welcome

@bassymcbassface Hiya, it's an old John East preamp, can't remember which model. I had it fitted about 15 years ago, really opened up the range of tones.

Green is the best bass colour. Everyone knows that. 👍

Hi,

Ok, that makes sense. I thought my eyes had gone again!

Green is indeed, a fine colour for a bass. Means you can hide when the sheriff of Nottingham comes after you.

😜

@bassymcbassface. A regular occurrence, as it happens.

Oh, here's my Overwater guitar by the way.

Looks a cool beastie. Reminds me of the Yamaha Superflighter 1000 model
