Ritchie Blackmore and his band Rainbow have just finished 3 special gigs around the UK, playing new material as well as Rainbow and Deep Purple classics.
Overwater player and friend Bob Curiano was the main man providing all the low end frequencies for the band, and so Chris and Kirsty grabbed the chance to go see the show and have a catch up with Bob while at the Glasgow SSE Hydro Arena.

I think Ritchie came to visit me on my side of the stage more times on this tour than any other tour.
Now, does anyone have a photo of Ritchie kneeling down and shining my red boots?….hahaha”
