Please be aware: A build request is not an order and will not be treated as a confirmed order until the non-refundable deposit is paid. Once we receive your deposit, we will contact you to go over your order details and arrange for your build order to be added to our production schedule.
A note on build times: Although Overwater has customers all over the world and enjoys an international profile as a well-respected company specialising in bespoke, handcrafted bass guitars, it should be remembered that the very nature of our work as a custom bass maker means that every instrument is different and unique.
While we always do our utmost to complete your build by the time we originally give as an estimated finishing date when confirming your order, this is not a guaranteed date for delivery, as there are many factors during the build process which may impact on how long the build takes to complete. If there is likely to be a significant difference in the completion date, we will do our best to notify you well in advance.
